Fredericksburg Art Guild’s First Friday – November 4
features the opening of the Guild’s Holiday Season exhibit.
The exhibit will show Christmas ornaments and small gifts along with ceramics,
oil, acrylic, pastel, and watercolor by Guild members who are local Hill Country artists.
The exhibit is open through December 31.

Marion Loucks is featured as the November Artist of the Month. Marion holds a BFA from the University of Tulsa and has post graduate study in Arts Administration from Texas A & M, Corpus Christi. She has studied under Alexander Hogue, Dick Turner and Ann Templeton. Marion works primarily in oils and focuses on landscapes and botanicals of the Texas Hill Country and the Southwest. Her work is in private and public collections.
The Fredericksburg Art Guild represents 30 Hill Country Artists and exhibits fine art, jewelry, sculpture, photography, and more.
The Guild’s hours are 10 am to 4p.m. - open until 8 p.m. on the First Friday of every month.
Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The Fredericksburg Art Guild is located behind the National Museum of the Pacific War
at 308 East Austin Street.
Ample, free parking is available behind the Convention and Visitors’ Center.

The Fredericksburg Art Guild is a nonprofit organization that receives financial support from the City of Fredericksburg Hotel/Motel Tax Fund and annual grant funding from Pedernales Creative Arts Alliance/OktoberFest.
