“Resinate” an art show featuring the colorfully creative side of Kurtis Karr opens with a reception Friday, March 2nd from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm during First Friday Art Walk Fredericksburg. Please join us for this premier showing of Kurtis’ latest art pieces. Wines by Torre di Pietra will be served along with cheeses from the Amish Market. Saturday, March 3rd from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm Kurtis will wrap, splash, sprinkle & “resinate” his canvases for viewers interested in his uniquely imaginative processes. Kurtis’ show “Resinate” will be available at Artisans for show and sale through Saturday, March 17th. 15 to 20 of Kurtis’ latest pieces will be on display. Kurtis Karr loves experimenting with unconventional mediums in a continual effort to capture a sense of the magical. His work is primarily textural incorporating a subtle intermingling of regular patterns and amorphous shimmering colors.
